Bunny Patootie is the musical world of Michael Jay Caskey: a Chicago-based musician, composer, and restless collaborator working across jazz, experimental music, analog electronics, and sound for performance. Expect rhythm, texture, improvisation, strange sounds and the occasional beautiful accident.

The newest Bunny Patootie record, and the most restless — longtime collaborator Corbett Lunsford (PBS TV series Home Diagnosis, Mysteriam, The Building Performance Workshop) looms large in this collection. Explores the natural world along with darker, irreverent themes. Heavenly vocals crown a swirling mix of dark funk, tender beats and unexpected textures.
